Carine took part in strategy projects such as the “2050 strategy” of a major African capital, the M&A of two large European banks and various strategic projects in the Media and Telecom industry

She was invited to join the BCG Henderson Institute to develop BCG’s IP on ingenious enterprise and the economic complexity of nations

In 2018, she moved back to her native Lebanon hoping to make a difference. She has led major successful restructuring projects in retail, manufacturing, FMCG & financial institutions

She acts as a senior expert for IM Capital to support start-ups
